Do ensure that the recipient or a representative is present at the delivery address during the delivery date and time-slot.
If the recipient is not around/ unreachable upon our arrival:
In circumstances that we are unable to leave at doorstep (ie: Leaving it outside a landed property, restrictions by condos guards, office head quarters, etc), we will:

Customer privacy is of utmost importance to us.
No billing details and packing slip will be attached. We will not disclose any customer information to anyone even at the request of the recipient.
If you opt to leave your order at doorstep or another place at the same location within our reach, we will not bear any responsibility for any missing or damage item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges or returns in the event of change of mind. Please select your items carefully before checking out.
Items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. For cancellations of orders that have not been shipped, there will be a 10% cancellation fee of your order to process your refund.
We’re sorry that you have received such a product. Please write to us within 5 days of receipt of your order with a photo of your item and we will do our best to assist you. We will provide a one-to-one exchange for free if your item remains in stock. In the event the item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund to you upon receipt of your returned item. Please note that we do not bear the shipping cost of returning any rejected item to us.
If it is determined that the item was damaged due to your mishandling, this request will be denied.
