DELIVERY CHARGES/TIME FRAME
We offer FREE DELIVERY within Singapore for orders S$70 and above.
- Standard delivery fee of $8 per location is applicable for orders below S$70
- Your order will reach you within 3 to 5 working days
CHANGES TO DELIVERY DATE/ADDRESS
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY (GENERAL)
Do ensure that the recipient or a representative is present at the delivery address during the delivery date and time-slot.
If the recipient is not around/ unreachable upon our arrival:
- We will obtain your permission to leave your order at your doorstep or another place at the same location within our reach. We will take a photo of the item left at your doorstep and send a message to you with the attached photo.
In circumstances that we are unable to leave at doorstep (ie: Leaving it outside a landed property, restrictions by condos guards, office head quarters, etc), we will:
- Try to contact the recipient. Should the recipient be uncontactable, we will contact the representative for instructions (if contact number is provided).
- If we are unable to contact both the recipient or representative, our delivery partner will return the order back to us and we will contact you to schedule for a re-delivery.
- Re-delivery will be charged at $10.00 per location at our next earliest possible date and time-slot. Payment has to be made prior to re-delivery.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY (DUE TO INCORRECT DETAILS)
- Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address prior to checkout as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly delivered orders or parcels with insufficient address. If an order should fail for this reason, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to schedule for a re-delivery.
- Re-delivery will be charged at $10.00 per location at our next earliest possible date and time-slot. Payment has to be made prior to re-delivery.
- No refund will be entertained should the situation arise when a delivery failed and the item is returned to us and you no longer want it.
PRIVACY & DISCLAIMER
Customer privacy is of utmost importance to us.
No billing details and packing slip will be attached. We will not disclose any customer information to anyone even at the request of the recipient.
If you opt to leave your order at doorstep or another place at the same location within our reach, we will not bear any responsibility for any missing or damage item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges or returns in the event of change of mind. Please select your items carefully before checking out.
SALES/CLEARENCE ITEMS
CANCELLATIONS
Items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. For cancellations of orders that have not been shipped, there will be a 10% cancellation fee of your order to process your refund.
FAULTY/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We’re sorry that you have received such a product. Please write to us within 5 days of receipt of your order with a photo of your item and we will do our best to assist you. We will provide a one-to-one exchange for free if your item remains in stock. In the event the item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund to you upon receipt of your returned item. Please note that we do not bear the shipping cost of returning any rejected item to us.
If it is determined that the item was damaged due to your mishandling, this request will be denied.

- All islands outside mainland Singapore (Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, etc.)
- All Airports (Changi Airport, Seletar Airport, etc.)
- All Military facilities, including:
(i) Military Camps and Defense facilities
(ii) Military Airbases
(iii) Naval Bases - All Police, Special Operations and SCDF stations
- All Sea Ports and Shipyards (Jurong Ports, Jurong Shipyard, Keppel Shipyard, etc.)
- All Prisons and Detention facilities
- All Immigration Checkpoints (Woodlands Checkpoint, Tuas Checkpoint, etc.)
- All Power Stations
- All High Security Areas
- All other Restricted Areas
